This year I’ve atten­ded many a webin­ar and fireside chat on arbit­ra­tion. I might have spoken at one as well. But the best event of this format I have seen in 2020 was ‘Toby Land­au QC in Con­ver­sa­tion with Neil Kaplan’.

In their con­ver­sa­tion, the two dis­cuss everything, argu­ably, that’s cur­rently (and some­times for too long) rel­ev­ant in the arbit­ra­tion world. Well, except for the top­ic of green arbit­ra­tion. Still, this is a top-level talk I would recom­mend to any arbit­ra­tion practitioner.
